I’m trying to find something to help me find a hair style I want. This popped up and there it said it does hair styles. It does not.

This app is so difficult to navigate and searching for something is a pain.

I’d love to use this app but it will not let me get past the shipping info. There is something wrong. It’s frustrating—just use Sephora with Klarna—it’s very easy.

This app is trash it keeps erasing my wishlists that I added and it takes forever to load!

Kept telling me I needed to create a password and giving me an error. I already have a password. App is also generally not very well set up and basic. I’ll stick to website

The app is beautiful and I have no issues when placing orders which is amazing. However, when I go to look at swatches or other images of the products my app crashes and I have to go back to that page. That is a hassle and an annoyance. Also, I’d like to see a search button added for the app

This app used to work perfectly until they decided to “upgrade” it. I’ve used it several times to make purchases. However, now there is no search bar. Also if you try to zoom in on a photo the app closes. Honestly I would be scared to use this app to make any purchases right now. It desperately needs debugging.

I was hoping the app would be a nicer shopping experience than your website and maybe it is, but I can’t tell because I can’t browse or check out with it crashing. I guess it’s back to your unappealing and clunky website.

I love Beautylish, but their app is horrible. There’s no search feature to type what you’re looking for, no access to your wishlist. I much prefer using my phone browser to access their site and make my purchases. Bummer!

Love Beautylish, but this app is just not good. It takes forever to load, especially when I’m logging in & putting a product on my cart. I use my phone to access most of my shopping accounts so it’s very inconvenient for me to switch platforms (I have to order via computer which I don’t have access to). I rather use another app for another company, because it’s faster and doesn’t give me a hard time to just do simple task.

I go to Beautylish whenever I’m looking for inspiration. Sometimes the same old app can get boring, so what I love about Beautylish is the range of brands, and the honest reviews from people who have truly tried the product. I can find brands here that are fun, new, different and vary widely in price range. The owner, Nils, writes you personally at times, and the shipping is super fast!!

This app will not let me checkout.. I can’t get past the shipping address part, it just loads and loads. I’ve tried for over a week. I have updated the app, I have deleted it and re-downloaded it.. nothing works. I wanted to use this app because I heard it’s very fast shipping and I wanted the blood sugar palette before Thanksgiving next week :( I’ve never ordered from here before, recently started trying and have never been able to make a purchase so not good first impressions. Guess I’ll just order from Jeffree’s site and wait the longer shipping time and delete this app..

Placed two orders so far and immensely happy. Arrived super fast, and can we just talk about the care taken to wrap up their product? Just adorable. The first time I ordered, they sent a sample of a shampoo. I thought - whatever, that’s nice, I’ll try it. One use and I’ll never be the same! I highly recommend Oribe Gold Lust! Which incidentally was my second purchase along with a Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick. And another free sample from Bioderma - can you guess what my next purchase will be? Lol! I’m living for this company.

Ordered my Jeffree Star palette from this app and everything was perfect. I got an email “from the CEO” when I made my account on the app, and a handwritten note with my order. They’re a brand that tries to personable and they’re very customer oriented. But from a retailer that specializes in luxury makeup & goods, that’s what you’d expect! The app DOES have a wishlist feature, and everything is super simple and easy from browsing, adding stuff to your wishlist or bag, to placing an order. It’s so easy I barely remember doing it. It’s all very straight forward and organized. I actually uninstalled the app after I ordered my palette because I didn’t think I’d want to buy anything else from them given my budget, but I just received my package and reinstalled the app IMMEDIATELY! The entire experience of ordering from Beautylish was a lot of fun and came with a few pleasant surprises. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

I’m psyched Beautylish has an app, but this one needs work. The photos of the products are too small to be useful. You can’t sort categories. For example, you can’t select for eyeshadow brushes when browsing under a brand. It doesn’t even come close to Sephora app for ease of use and visually pleasing appearance. This is like some 5th graders made it for a school project that only know beginning code.

Why does this app not have a wishlist feature? I never order from the app because of this very lacking feature. All shopping apps have this feature, I don’t understand why you would choice to omit it.

every time i've tried to unsubscribe, it says I have, and yet I continue to receive them. please fix this.

I love your site and store, and in general I use many apps and sites and this one is not an easy one to use. Pls create wish lists! I haven’t found an option for it. And when one puts enough clues in the search bar - things come up that are totally irrelevant! Please work on this and I am sure you will see a difference, at least from customers like me. Other than that - 👍🏻 and thank you!

I received my order with best packaging ever. Everythings ‘s so nice.

The app does need a few minor fixes like I can't see my likes but I am in love in with Beautylish. Flex payment, super fast shipping and the best customer service ever!

I just switched from my amazing droid to this iphone and now the beautylish app is unusable. I cant even get the comment box to open to try and type a reply. If i go on wifi on my droid it works fine so it must be an issue of how the app works with the IOS. Wasnt sure how else to let you know but i figure you have to know to fix it.

Stopped loading out of nowhere Ive re-installed too many times Need to fix this!!!!!

I hope this app is under construction because it's pretty useless as it is now. You cannot actually write reviews although there is a tab that says write a review. Why? You cannot use ANYTHING listed under my account. You have the option of building a "profile" including uploading a photo but that just gets stuck and never uploads. Why? Everything else is blank under profile. Why? I'm logged in but there are no orders listed under order history. Why because I do have orders? I'm logged in but my loves section is completely blank. Why is it that? The only function that works under that section is the Shipping & Return policy that just directs you to the Beautylish website which makes me wonder what is the point of having the app at all if nothing works. Just go to the site from your phone. Sorry to be harsh but why waste people's time asking them to download this app when it doesn't work? I know most apps have some bugs but this is silly.

I love Beautylish, but this app is terrible. Nothing really works like it should. A lot of the time when you click on something it just brings up a blank screen. When I go to my previous orders it says I have none, even though I definitely have ordered from them. There's also no wishlist or area for your likes, which is there on the website. The website doesn't have any of these issues, but I prefer to do my shopping on an app if I have that option. Please fix it!! 😢

The app is all fine and dandy until I tap on something in an editorial (THE ENTIRE REASON I GOT IT) because whenever I tap it, nothing really happens and then it crashes. It's very annoying!

Not when it's the only thing on the screen. I've given it nearly 30 minutes, and the app never really opens. Very disappointing since it looks cool, but will probably delete since it's unusable.

I love the great selection it has to choose on beauty products... But the app seems to have a glitch. I can't pay the products I selected because every time I click on my shopping bag icon it keeps saying "my cart is empty" when clearly there are some items to pay. So please fix this glitch so i can add more starts to the rating.

As a company, Beautylish is one of my favorite beauty suppliers, but the app needs some work. The main thing I'm missing is the ability to add products to favorites without having to use the actual website. Also, the products I've added to favorites on the website don't show up in that section of the app either.

Love the idea behind this, unfortunately this app keeps crashing every opportunity it gets :(

So far I've had this app for a few hours and seems ok except that I can't write anything in the community section. It freezes then exits the app every time I try. I hate having to go to the website to type in my question or answer someone else's. PLEASE FIX!!!!

This app is broken. It's disappointing en it looks like it had something going for it. That's the only reason why I cannot give it just one star. It's a shame and I pity it.

This is a horrible website run by some people that just don't live on this planet! If you return anything they suspend your account and no longer want you to purchase anything with them. I also was treated horrible by sameer the co founder and some lady in the managment team. They accuse there customers that return anything of fraud and block there phone numbers so you cannot contact them. They also sponsore celebrity's bloggers youtubers so you never hear anything bad about the company. You also should know the investments are high rollers one includeds the co founder of youtube! So don't ever expect to see a bad review on there. This is such a horrible company that base there lies on nothing they shouldn't go around accusing there customers of something that never took place. Watch out when you purchase from this company and remember don't return anything otherwise you will be deleted from he community as well! So sad and disgusting these co founders really need to start living in the real world not there bubble of bull@@@

Why isn't the flex pay an option within the app???

I really loved this app, as it was easy to shop through. However, today, not so easy. First, when you add something to your cart, a window doesn't open up to say that the item was added. So I thought, maybe the item was sold out. I tried this with two items. When I check my cart I see the items added. I go to delete them and the app closes. This happened twice. I won't use this app until developers fix it!

Okay, so at first I loved this app but then when I updated it would crash every time I tried to remove something from my cart? Fix this, please.

This update could use some work it looks a little bit old. When I try do delete or add to cart it glitches. Please fix this Beautylish.

This used to have great articles in the editorial section, but now averages one article per month. Sad.

This app is so great yet so frustrating! I click to see an item and it kicks me out of the app and when I go back in the app I have to log in every single time! This app needs to be fix ASAP!!!!

I would love this and probably buy tons of makeup, but when you're using the app you can't see what the different colors are in a full size screen. It's really frustrating because it's hard to tell what the different options of products even look like

I am a makeup lover and this app is perfect for me. The only thing that really bothers me is when I want to see reviews of certain products before I buy them, I would click on it and then it would just kick me out the app. Please fix this it's really frustrating.

It crashes on me. Constantly. It's not for the iPhone 6 Plus because it has that zoomed in view. When I signed up , my birthday was that date 😂 idk why.

I love this app, but this is probably because of how much I love shopping from this site. Product pages load quickly, my account is easy to use, and it's very useful for when I'm out and about. The only thing that I would love (and would give it the extra star) is if the app had the ability to chat with an artist like the website does. Other than that, it's wonderful.

Since the last update (April) app crashes every time I try to use it, rendering it useless now. Hopefully your working on this bug(s) since I'm not the only user having this major issue.??

So I've been preparing for a style change for when school starts again. Going for a soft grunge look. I wanted to look at some reviews in Kat Von D and it kept crashing every time I tried! I tried restarting and reinstalling but it keeps doing it with every product I try to look at. Very disappointed.

I love the set up it gorgeous, sweet and simple! One downfall when viewing products that have different pigments you click on it to see the shade and only the original photo of the product shows, therefore in order to pick a color I still need to go online. The purpose of creating an app that has a website is to make access and viewing less of a hassle. So this defeats the purpose and is almost useless to have.

The app is fine, but I deleted it after a year or so because the community is too much like high school. Absolutely no one will interact with you unless you're one of the established "popular girls." Totally useless. Scientifically inaccurate and even dangerous beauty advice is given, and despite my advanced degrees in biology, no one paid any attention to me.
