This app is so messed up, I made an account with gmail and it randomly set my birthday to oct 24 with no way to change it. Also my profile picture is half cut off.

The community aspect of the app was the only part I used. Now I cant do anything I could before. The talk section can no longer be sorted by category, theres no option to create a thread anymore, and the topics you follow are in a confusing menu that takes a good minute to get through, and they sort oldest to newest. Ive been a member since 2012. Instead of showing me the topics Ive commented on this week, its showing me 2012 topics. Theres no way to upload photos anymore. Everything is less efficient and you cant do half the things that you could before. Even though the website had more options than the App, mosy people only used the app. I always read topics on the go and now I probably wont even open the app. I wont be making time to sit at my computer to read through the topics. I will probably end up deleting the app and never bothering to check the site. It wasnt broken, why did you try to fix it?

Love this app but it randomly keeps shutting down when trying to read reviews on products! Please fix!

I like the talk forum but if youre not well known in the app you wont get any responses. I also dont like how some users feel like moderators, and rudely tell a person what they posted doesnt go by the rules. Ive used this app on and off for about a year and never really felt like my stuff got any responses, or that my responses to posts where ignored. This app would be better if the people on it didnt feel like they knew everything.

The app is fine, but I deleted it after a year or so because the community is too much like high school. Absolutely no one will interact with you unless youre one of the established "popular girls." Totally useless. Scientifically inaccurate and even dangerous beauty advice is given, and despite my advanced degrees in biology, no one paid any attention to me.

I love the set up it gorgeous, sweet and simple! One downfall when viewing products that have different pigments you click on it to see the shade and only the original photo of the product shows, therefore in order to pick a color I still need to go online. The purpose of creating an app that has a website is to make access and viewing less of a hassle. So this defeats the purpose and is almost useless to have.

So Ive been preparing for a style change for when school starts again. Going for a soft grunge look. I wanted to look at some reviews in Kat Von D and it kept crashing every time I tried! I tried restarting and reinstalling but it keeps doing it with every product I try to look at. Very disappointed.

Since the last update (April) app crashes every time I try to use it, rendering it useless now. Hopefully your working on this bug(s) since Im not the only user having this major issue.??
